Not every project goes exactly as planned, sometimes there is a dispute between Ownership and the General Contractor that cannot be resolved. In this case the General Contractor was terminated by the Developer. In turn the Developer had to complete this massive project with its own resources. Cavossa Management was recruited to be part of the recovery team. We mobilized immediately providing Executive Management as well as 8 Superintendents that were assigned to the remediation, completion and delivery of 850 units. Panorama Tower is the largest residential project South of New York. The Cavossa Management team was an integral team member in the completion of this marquis project on Brickell Ave in Miami.
